Collision REPAIR PROCESS

This process is the most important process during the collision repair. Estimating, Blue Printing, and pre scans help start on the right track. This is the most overlooked process and is the #1 factor for repair delays.

This process works hand and hand with the Body Techs to determine the collision repairs , needs, and getting the car repaired efficiently and safely. 

Once the estimate and blue printing is done, Parts are ordered. Here is where we find out potential delays and can give a more accurate completion date.

In most cases, your vehicle will have some structural damage. This process is vital to repairing the car because not all structural damage can be seen. It is important to choose a reputable shop to repair your car. It's very important that the structure is measured, as well as have photos taken for documentation. We do that your peace of mind as well as ours.

The Auto Body repair process is where we hang parts for fitment checks, repair dents, and other cosmetic issues.  We repair and build the outside of your vehicle. This is the painstaking process to insure the quality will be returned back to you.  

This is the step before painting. Behind every good paint job is great prep work. Here is where the staff tapes up neighboring panels and paints the inside of panels as needed. This step is crucial in making the outcome as seamless as possible. 

Painting is where we use computers and scanners to get a color match to your car. We use top of the line equipment and paint to ensure your car looks like it just left the show room floor.

After the painting process, the car starts the reassembly process. Here is where all the parts go back on the vehicle and get ready for the final check out and post scans. 

Test drive and wheel alignment if needed. Anytime major work, suspension, and cooling repairs are done, it's vital to test drive the car to insure it is operating as needed. This is usually a 3-5 mile test drive. We insure cooling fans are working, all lights, brakes, seatbelts, and other items are working properly. 

The final check out and post scans are where we test all lights, dash lights, fluids, and other items before delivery. The post scan is a test to ensure your vehicle functioning properly. 

During the final QC section, your car is detailed and given the final look over to guarantee quality results.
